Theodora J. Jackson met her husband in 1968 at Chester High School in Chester, Pennsylvania. They became high school sweethearts and later went on to marry. They have been married since 1970 and have 3 children, Earl Jr., Rebecca and Jaquelyn.

Mrs. Jackson is an accomplished woman. She holds an undergraduate degree in Sociology
from the University of Massachusetts. She also holds two Masters Degrees from Simmons University in Boston, one in Library Science and another in Education. She teaches elementary school in Newport News, Virginia.

She is not only First Lady of Exodus Faith Ministries, but Bishop Jackson’s partner in ministry. What they have done has been done together, with her prayers, support and counsel every step of the way.
