That God is one God, and that He is the Creator of all things. That the One true God is three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
That the Lord Jesus Christ was and is God the Son from everlasting to everlasting. He came into the earth as God in the flesh, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He was crucified, died, buried, resurrected from the dead with a glorified physical body and ascended into heaven. He is now seated at the right hand of God the Father and is true God and true man.
That the Bible in its entirety is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and the infallible rule of faith and conduct.
In the resurrection of all who die, some to live with God for all eternity and some to eternal damnation in hell. Those who have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior will experience eternal peace and joy without sickness, death, loss or hardship of any kind. Every tear shall be wiped away. Those who reject Jesus Christ will experience eternal torment.
In the Personal Salvation of believers by Grace through faith in Jesus Christ, His shed blood and substitutionary suffering and death on the cross for our sins and His victorious resurrection from the dead on the third day.
In Water Baptism by immersion – in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit – as an act of obedience to God’s command and confirmation of salvation. In the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, in speaking with tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4), in the gifts of the Spirit, and the evidence of the fruit of the Spirit.
In the Second Coming of Jesus Christ as an actual physical, visible and personal return to earth to claim His rightful place as King, Ruler and Judge of mankind. In sanctification through the Word of God and the Holy Spirit, and that believers are to pursue personal holiness and purity of heart and life.
That God loves everyone, but His love and favor are manifested particularly toward His people - those who love, honor and put their faith in Him. We believe that God’s healing, help, favor and blessing will be experienced by those who stand on the Covenant promises set forth in His Word. This does not mean an absence of trials, temptations and problems which are inevitable in this world, but that God will be with us and by faith we overcome them.
That the Church is one universal body of born again, baptized believers. There is no white church, black church or church based on any race or ethnicity. The existence of churches which are predominantly one race or the other is in some cases the result of geographic or demographic realities, but in many cases the result of the failure of Christians to transcend our external distinctions and fully embrace the diversity of the Kingdom of God. Exodus Faith Ministries strives to be a church for all people.
